I thought it would be appropriate to post this photo which I took whilst on holiday during the passed December. I foten find that when you go out to do some shooting (in the photographical sense), you yourself are never in any pictures. So every so often I like to play around and take some shots of the man behind the camera…
I had to make just one comment… I couldn’t bare to let someone else break the comment virginity on my new photography blog…

Saw the video of you at sunrise squatting in water to get the shot. Just spent a weekend doing the same at dawn and dusk at a beach. I am there a lot and never see anyone else who is not surfing or walking a dog. I no longer feel alone in the world!
PS As you said- no photo’s of the photographer so I had to take a few of the elongated shadows I was casting.
